  • Where are the items taken when removed?

    Once we remove the items, we assess to see which items can be donated and recycled first. Then as a last resort, we will use the landfill to discard the remaining items.

  • Is there a limit to the amount of items you can take?

    Each removal is different. If there are a lot of items to be removed, like during a move or foreclosure on a home, it may take us a little longer to get the job done. So, for us to be completely prepared we make sure we receive all the information needed about the removal when setting up your appointment. This ensures a seamless and hassle-free removal process.

  • Do you take large items like fridges?

    Yes! Small and large appliances are among the many things we can remove for you! If you click here you can see a list of all the items we can take. If you’re not sure if we can take your items you can call us or submit a request form here.

  • How does billing work?

    We have a very simple billing system. We accept all major credit cards and cash payments. We will be sure to discuss the payment amount when setting up the appointment so you know you arent being hit with hidden fees!

  • Can you take car batteries?

    Yes! Car batteries are considered hazardous material and must be disposed of properly. When setting up your appointment all we ask is you let us know of any hazardous materials that are a part of the removal so we can be sure it’s disposed of correctly.

  • Can I get an invoice for my service?

    Yes, you can! Just make sure to let us know when booking your appointment and we will be sure to email you a copy by the end of the appointment’s business day.
